Beginning cooking with fun, easy recipes and the MyPlate program are explored during Wheel.

Our Skills for Living class explores simpler delicious recipes and cooking practices more in depth

Foods & Nutrition is our core course where safe cooking practices and fundamentals are taught with a focus on healthy eating.

Gourmet Cooking is for adventurous advanced students who are willing to step out of their comfort zone by practicing, cooking techniques, and tasting more complicated global recipes while collaborating in small groups.

Fiber Arts

Beginning hand & machine practical sewing skills along with a small project are learned and completed during Wheel.

A simple machine sewing project is completed in our Skills for Living class.

Sewing machine fundamentals with a focus on individual customized projects are explored in the Creative Sewing Class.

Depending on Creative Sewing Class enrollment levels, a lunch time sewing club may also be offered.
